Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Digital Experience Solution Architect focused on AI and Agentforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor
- Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions and coach junior team members
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting or enterprise architecture role
- 5+ years of CRM industry experience
- Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein Service Intelligence, or Experience Cloud
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems
