Salesforce Solution Architect
Job Summary
To support the delivery of innovative solutions, the fully remote Salesforce Solution Architect will manage end-to-end solution design and delivery across the Salesforce platform, focusing on Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and MuleSoft integrations while collaborating with client stakeholders and implementation teams.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and govern solution architecture aligned to business outcomes and compliance requirements
- Lead client-facing discovery sessions and translate requirements into functional and technical designs
- Own and produce comprehensive solution documentation, including design documents and architecture diagrams
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience with 3+ years in a Solution Architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, including data modeling and automation (Flows)
- Experience delivering solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds, particularly Service Cloud and Life Sciences/Health Cloud
- Proven ability to design integrations and coordinate with middleware teams, such as MuleSoft
- Experience producing solution documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
