Salesforce Solution Architect
Job Summary
To support a Salesforce initiative, the full-time remote Salesforce Solution Architect will design, develop, and articulate solutions based on customer requirements while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and delivery of architecture designs.
Key responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into Agile user stories and acceptance criteria
- Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration and facilitate sprint demos and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Provide program oversight and solutions architecture for Salesforce applications
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce functional configuration and business analysis experience
- Experience architecting Salesforce production enterprise applications with strong architecture and design skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Salesforce Certifications (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant) preferred
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass pre-employment qualifications
