Salesforce Solution Architect
Job Summary
To lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions, the hybrid Salesforce Solution Architect will define end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards
- Architect solutions across Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
- Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and design authority sessions while providing technical leadership to development teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 7+ years of Salesforce experience
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar role delivering enterprise-scale implementations
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration capabilities
