Salesforce Solution Architect
Job Summary
As a full-time Salesforce Solution Architect, the successful candidate will serve as the primary technical authority for Salesforce platforms, focusing on solution architecture, integrations, and platform strategy while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise technology strategy and oversee integrations across various systems
- Own the Salesforce platform roadmap, establish data governance standards, and monitor platform health for optimal performance
- Lead the architecture and execution of KIPP's Salesforce NPSP and Nonprofit Cloud initiatives, including migration planning and customization standards
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise technology experience, with at least 3 years in a Salesforce Architect or Lead Developer role
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, particularly in Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, NPSP, and Nonprofit Cloud
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs, along with experience in enterprise integrations
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, and AI-driven workflow automation
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification is required
