Salesforce Solution Architect
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect / Technical Delivery Lead for a remote contract position, responsible for leading enterprise Salesforce consulting and implementation initiatives, assessing existing environments, and delivering technical solutions from discovery to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess existing Salesforce environments and recommend improvements to configuration, data models, and business processes
- Design and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, including executive dashboards and sales workflows
- Lead discovery workshops, translate requirements into solution designs, and manage project delivery and risks
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years specifically in Salesforce
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and solution architecture
- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and experience in building executive dashboards
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM integration
- Proven track record of leading Salesforce implementations with defined deliverables
