Job Summary
Serving as the senior process, strategy, and architectural lead on client engagements, the full-time remote Salesforce Solution Architect will manage the full project lifecycle from discovery and solution design through delivery, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal process improvements.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead business process design, solution architecture, and integration design in partnership with Technical Architects
- Drive client discovery, construct proposals, present recommendations, and manage stakeholder relationships
- Contribute to scoping, estimation, and proposal development in collaboration with sales and leadership
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with expertise in solution architecture
- Strong client presence with the ability to lead discovery and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Experience designing end-to-end solutions including integrations and data architecture
- Salesforce certifications required; Architect track certifications strongly preferred
- Experience in the AEC, building products, or manufacturing industries is a significant plus
