Job Summary
To support the organization's mission, the full-time Salesforce Solution Architect will manage the health, security, and stewardship of the Salesforce eco-systems while collaborating with product owners to enhance functionality and improve business processes in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead architectural design, system maintenance, and improvements across multiple Salesforce environments
- Define and document a future-state architecture, identifying gaps and creating roadmaps in collaboration with product owners
- Nurture strategic relationships with internal partners and oversee vendor partnerships for system maintenance and support
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 8-10 years of relevant technical experience, with 5+ years on the Salesforce platform
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; architecture-level certifications are a plus
- Experience with NPSP or Non-Profit Cloud preferred
- Understanding of systems architecture, APIs, and integration best practices
