Salesforce Solution Consultant
Job Summary
To support ongoing Salesforce CRM Core and Financial Services Cloud initiatives, the remote Salesforce Solution Consultant will lead solution discovery, translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions, and guide project teams while mentoring internal members.
Key responsibilities
- Lead solution discovery and technical design across multiple Salesforce clouds and implementations
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions
- Guide discovery, lead design sessions, and facilitate stakeholder alignment through successful project completion
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Solution Consultant, preferably in a consulting environment
- Experience implementing Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, with a strong emphasis on Financial Services Cloud
- Proven success in client-facing roles such as Solution Architect or Technical Lead
