Salesforce Solution Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Salesforce Solution Engineer will lead technical discovery, design solution architecture, and build tailored demos while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with business and IT stakeholders to map current-state processes and pain points
- Shape solution architecture across various Salesforce clouds and configure tailored demos that resonate with client data
- Own level-of-effort estimates and draft SOWs and solution sections for proposals and RFP responses
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2 years in a pre-sales or solution engineering role
- Hands-on configuration skills across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with knowledge of Experience Cloud and Data Cloud
- Proven track record of scoping and estimating fixed-fee and time-and-materials projects
- Strong writing skills for proposals, SOWs, and solution designs
- Salesforce Certifications: Administrator plus at least two of Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant
