Salesforce Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Salesforce Solutions Architect with Marketo experience will own the technical architecture and delivery of Salesforce and Marketo implementations, lead client engagements, and mentor teams, all while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and delivery of Salesforce and Marketo implementations from discovery through optimization
• Act as a workstream lead on client engagements, running discovery sessions and advising clients on project direction
• Mentor and upskill teams on Marketo architecture, configuration, and best practices while troubleshooting complex issues

Required qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on experience with Marketo, including solution architecture for enterprise implementations
• Deep knowledge of Marketo's lead lifecycle, program design, and data management
• Experience in directly managing client relationships and leading discovery sessions
• Consulting or agency experience is preferred
• Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or relevant Adobe/Marketo certifications are a plus
