Salesforce Staff Application Engineer

Job Summary

To support the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud for enterprise products, the remote Staff Application Engineer, Salesforce will architect, build, and manage the Salesforce platform, ensuring its scalability and integration with AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and hands-on development of the Salesforce platform, defining data models and sales processes
• Establish a scalable Salesforce architecture and deliver a production-ready Sales Cloud foundation
• Own the technical health of the platform, developing a roadmap for lead-to-cash capabilities and improving operational reliability

Required qualifications

• At least eight years of experience in Salesforce engineering, administration, or architecture
• Hands-on ability to read, write, test, and review Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience leading complex Salesforce implementations and operations
• Strong understanding of lead-to-cash processes and Salesforce integration with enterprise platforms
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
