Salesforce Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing revenue operations team, the full-time Salesforce Systems Analyst will manage the health of the GTM stack, troubleshoot recurring issues, and oversee systems projects, all while working remotely from Pakistan, Egypt, or the Philippines during US Pacific hours.
Key responsibilities
- Triaging deal desk questions and managing opportunity routing and approvals across Salesforce and related tools
- Identifying root causes for recurring issues and implementing durable fixes through automation and workflows
- Leading GTM systems projects from requirements gathering to solution design, testing, and adoption
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a systems analyst, sales operations, or GTM technology role, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Flows, validation rules, and data imports
- Familiarity with troubleshooting integrations across tools like CPQ, Gong, and sales engagement platforms
- Exposure to automation tools such as Workato, Zapier, or n8n is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience is welcome
