Salesforce Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the day-to-day configuration and health of Salesforce and HubSpot platforms, the full-time GTM Systems Engineer will manage lead routing, data integration, and operational support while ensuring data quality and system documentation in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day configurations of Salesforce and HubSpot, including objects, fields, and workflows
- Oversee lead and account routing configurations, ensuring accurate assignment and resolving routing failures
- Manage the integration between HubSpot and Salesforce, monitoring data flow and resolving sync errors proactively
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience administering Salesforce in a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot administration and Salesforce integration
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience with lead routing and assignment rules
- Experience with bulk data operations and maintaining data integrity
