Job Summary
Leading a Salesforce delivery pod, the full-time Salesforce Technical Lead will provide technical leadership, hands-on development, and solution architecture for the Salesforce platform while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and developing a Salesforce delivery team, including managing assignments and fostering a high-performing culture
- Translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and guiding the pod through solution delivery
- Developing enterprise-grade solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components while optimizing for performance and maintainability
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with increasing leadership responsibilities
- 2+ years of experience leading Salesforce technical teams or major enterprise implementations
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex development and advanced experience with Lightning Web Components
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and enterprise software design patterns
- Experience with automated testing strategies and modern DevOps practices
