Salesforce Technical Project Manager
Job Summary
To support the modernization of Veterans' access to care, the full-time Salesforce Technical Project Manager will lead technical projects focused on Salesforce-based CRM solutions, collaborating with engineering and IT teams while working remotely within the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery of milestones
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, clients, and senior leadership, providing regular updates and managing stakeholder engagement
- Monitor project budgets and optimize resource allocation to meet financial targets while identifying and mitigating risks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years in technical project management, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce implementations
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Technical knowledge in software development, systems engineering, or infrastructure management
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and Salesforce tools (e.g., Flow, Reports, Dashboards)
