Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, lead, and develop Salesforce developers and test engineers, fostering a high-performing engineering culture

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of IT leadership or management experience in software engineering
- 10+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise environments, with 5+ years leading Salesforce development teams
- Proven ability to build high-performing engineering organizations and deliver quality solutions
- Strong understanding of software architecture, application security, and modern software engineering practices
