SAP Ariba Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Invoicing Consultant, the full-time remote position will manage invoice automation, PO and non-PO invoice processing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring effective workflow configuration and exception management.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and support PO and non-PO invoice-processing scenarios, managing validation rules and approval workflows
• Troubleshoot invoice errors and workflow failures, performing root-cause analysis and coordinating defect resolution
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing while documenting test scenarios and process flows

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP VIM, SAP Ariba, invoice management, or procure-to-pay processes
• Mandatory hands-on experience with OpenText VIM
• Strong understanding of PO and non-PO invoice processing, workflows, and exception handling
• Good knowledge of SAP MM and FI functionalities
• Experience in functional and integration testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
