SAP Basis Administrator
Job Summary
To support the operational health of enterprise SAP environments, the full-time remote SAP Basis Administrator will manage day-to-day administration, monitor SAP systems, and provide Level 2 support for incidents and performance issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration and maintenance of SAP landscapes, including monitoring environments and assisting with system refreshes
- Administer SAP monitoring platforms, configure alerts, and perform health checks across SAP environments
- Provide Level 2 support for SAP-related incidents, troubleshoot issues, and maintain operational documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of SAP technical experience with hands-on SAP Basis administration
- Experience supporting SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or NetWeaver environments
- Familiarity with SAP monitoring tools such as SAP Solution Manager, Avantra, or BMC Patrol
- Working knowledge of Linux and/or Windows server environments
