SAP Basis Administrator
Job Summary
To support a growing IT team, the fully remote SAP Basis RISE Administrator will provide technical support for SAP landscapes, including installations, upgrades, and maintenance, while responding to customer inquiries and ensuring system security.
Key responsibilities
- Install, upgrade, and maintain SAP systems while implementing solutions for performance monitoring and system configuration
- Maintain data architectures and process models within SAP, ensuring compliance with audit requirements
- Provide after-hours on-call support and perform daily system security checks
Required qualifications
- 5 - 7 years of professional experience in providing technical support for SAP landscapes
- Experience with SAP Rise, including SaaS transformation projects and hybrid cloud environments
- Database migration experience from Oracle to HANA
- Familiarity with ITIL and ServiceNow
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and PowerShell
