Job Summary
To oversee end-to-end SAP technical managed services, the remote contract SAP Basis Cloud Service Lead will manage day-to-day operations, drive cloud migration initiatives, and ensure high system availability while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical managed services and SAP Basis administration across enterprise client environments
- Drive technical cloud migration initiatives moving SAP systems from On-Premises infrastructure to hyperscaler platforms
- Manage ITSM processes, operational reporting, and service level agreements to ensure high system availability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 2 to 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration
- Practical hands-on experience with On-Premises to Hyperscaler cloud migrations
- Solid understanding of Technical Managed Services and ITSM processes
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with proven stakeholder management capabilities
