SAP BRIM Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading operational governance and production support, the full-time SAP BRIM Project Manager will manage a blended onshore/offshore team, enforce ITIL-based SLA/KPI targets, and drive incident resolution while overseeing enhancements across the SAP BRIM landscape remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations for Level 2 and Level 3 production support, reporting on operational KPIs and managing incident escalations
- Manage project schedules, resource allocations, and delivery processes for minor releases and platform enhancements using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
- Provide functional governance across core SAP BRIM modules, ensuring integration integrity with related systems
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of IT delivery/support experience, with at least 4+ years in SAP BRIM and 3+ years in project management or application maintenance services
- Functional or technical expertise in at least two of the four BRIM components (SOM, CC, CI, RAR)
- Proven experience with ITIL processes and tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or SAP Solution Manager
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional technical teams across distributed time zones
- Familiarity with modern SAP interface technologies and reconciliation processes
