SAP BTP Platform Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced SAP BTP Platform Engineer, this full-time remote position will manage the operation, security, and optimization of enterprise cloud infrastructure and platform services within a FedRAMP-authorized environment, ensuring reliability and compliance of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day operations, reliability, availability, and performance of SAP BTP services across multiple environments
- Serve as the primary technical resource for platform operations, ensuring service continuity, security, and compliance
- Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for platform outages and service degradations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience operating SAP BTP or comparable large-scale enterprise cloud platforms
- Experience supporting cloud infrastructure within a FedRAMP-authorized or equivalent federally secured environment
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, including Cloud Foundry and Kubernetes
- Proven experience managing service-level agreements and leading incident response activities
