Job Summary
To lead the design and optimization of end-to-end business processes, the contract SAP Business Process Consultant will focus on defining future-state workflows and translating operational needs into integration requirements between SAP and ServiceNow, collaborating with stakeholders remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process discovery and requirements workshops with business stakeholders
- Define business process touchpoints and author functional specifications for integration requirements
- Collaborate with technical integration teams to ensure alignment between SAP and ServiceNow workflows
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of SAP functional consulting experience
- 5+ years of business process design and optimization
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
- Experience working with ServiceNow business teams and workflow owners
- Strong knowledge of BPMN, Visio, Signavio, or process modeling tools
