Job Summary
Owning the Order-to-Cash function end-to-end, the full-time SAP Business Process Owner will develop, implement, and optimize processes across critical SAP modules while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Order to Cash processes of local SAP ERP modules and business applications
- Collaborate with internal customers to gather requirements and implement new SAP solutions
- Drive improvements in subscription and contract management processes across various tools
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience as an SAP business analyst or business process owner
- Proficiency in SAP modules: SD, MM, CS, and Contract Management
- Knowledge or experience with SFDC applications
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on Order to Cash and contract management processes
