As a full-time SAP Competence Center Manager, the successful candidate will drive strategy and operational excellence within the ERP product teams, focusing on skills development, recruitment, and cross-functional collaboration, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid setup from either Sandviken or Stockholm.
Key responsibilities
- Drive skills development and competence planning across ERP teams
- Lead recruitment and strategic sourcing in collaboration with HR and purchasing
- Support employees throughout the lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
Required qualifications
- A relevant university degree or equivalent qualification
- Solid knowledge of agile ways of working
- Strong understanding of SAP and the business it supports
- Experience in people management and change management
- Fluency in spoken and written English
