Job Summary
Supporting the Defense Commissary Agency in Fort Lee, VA, the part-time semi-remote Functional SAP Consultant will provide critical expertise for the transition to an SAP ERP platform, collaborating with business leaders and IT professionals to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of SAP solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP product functionality and support processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system challenges and facilitate solution strategies
- Conduct user acceptance testing and prepare documentation for product support and training
Required qualifications
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- SAP Consultant Certification and/or equivalent SAP functional experience
- 3+ years of experience in SAP product support and system support
- Experience with software deployment, testing, and documentation
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
