Job Summary
Defining the target architecture and data modeling standards for the SAP Datasphere platform, the remote contract SAP Datasphere Architect will provide technical leadership across data ingestion from S/4HANA and oversee integration with SAP Analytics Cloud, Snowflake, and Tableau.
Key responsibilities
- Design the end-to-end data architecture from S/4HANA through SAP Datasphere to downstream platforms
- Define integration patterns and govern data modeling standards, including performance and scalability strategies
- Review designs and code, mentor team members, and resolve complex technical issues
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in data architecture and modeling
- Deep expertise in SAP Datasphere, including modeling, data builder, and integration
- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA data extraction and connectivity
- Familiarity with SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, and ETL tools
- Proficient in data warehousing concepts and architecture documentation
