Job Summary
Managing full-lifecycle SAP implementations, the full-time SAP Delivery Manager will oversee project governance, lead cross-functional teams, and maintain client satisfaction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring alignment with scope, SLAs, and quality standards
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary SAP teams, focusing on resource allocation and performance tracking
- Maintain high customer satisfaction metrics through effective communication and service improvements
Required qualifications
- 12-16+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5-8 years in managing large-scale SAP projects/programs
- Hands-on experience with SAP, particularly in S/4HANA conversions or greenfield implementations
- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, SAP Certified Application Associate / S/4HANA, and Agile/Scrum Master
- Experience in financial oversight and P&L management for projects/accounts
