Job Summary
To support North America-based utility clients, the full-time SAP Device Management Consultant will configure and build the SAP ISU application in the Device Management module, providing functional design and support while collaborating with clients and team members remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare business blueprints, business process plans, functional documents, and test cases related to SAP DM
- Configure DM Master Data and manage Meter Upload & Download processes, ensuring effective Meter to Cash operations
- Define test scenarios and conduct unit, cycle, and integration tests to ensure comprehensive coverage of business requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP applications with at least one full life-cycle implementation
- Strong knowledge of EDM, RTP, and AMI infrastructure and setup
- Experience with configuration dependencies in SAP modules such as MM, PM, FICA, CS/CRM, and Billing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
