SAP ECP Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing payroll consulting practice, the full-time SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and optimizing SAP ECP solutions while working remotely with clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in SAP ECP implementation and support engagements, analyzing client requirements and configuring solutions accordingly
• Collaborate with client teams to provide functional guidance, support payroll testing activities, and troubleshoot payroll-related issues
• Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the SAP ECP framework

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Experience with payroll system implementations, enhancements, and configuration
• Understanding of payroll concepts, including taxes, deductions, and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical skills and experience gathering business requirements for functional solutions
