SAP ECP Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

To support ongoing payroll operations, the full-time SAP ECP Payroll Specialist will process payroll for multiple clients using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Payroll Control Center (PCC), ensuring compliance and accuracy in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll for multiple clients using SAP ECP, including regular, off-cycle, bonus, and adjustment payrolls
• Utilize Payroll Control Center (PCC) to monitor payroll execution, analyze exceptions, and resolve payroll issues
• Coordinate payroll calendars and ensure timely payroll delivery while supporting year-end payroll activities

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Experience using SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC)
• Strong understanding of U.S. payroll regulations, taxes, and deductions
• Ability to troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and perform root cause analysis
