SAP FICO Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Mid-Senior SAP FICO Systems Analyst for a full-time remote position, responsible for leading the design, configuration, optimization, and support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules on the SAP S4 HANA platform while collaborating with Finance/Accounting departments on related projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of core SAP FI/CO modules and related reporting tools
• Oversee integration points between FI/CO and operational modules, optimizing processes for financial reporting
• Act as the primary contact for the Finance team to gather and document complex business requirements, translating them into technical specifications

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Analyst or similar role
• Proven configuration experience in SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance and Costing
• Official SAP FICO or S/4HANA Finance Certification
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP migrations or mergers and acquisitions
