SAP Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely full-time, the SAP Implementation Manager will serve as the primary subject matter expert for Customer Operations during the SAP implementation, focusing on translating business requirements into system processes, leading testing activities, and ensuring successful adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key Customer Operations SME during the transition from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to SAP, representing requirements in design and configuration activities
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, leading System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Customer Operations processes
• Support data migration efforts, validating customer master records and establishing clear data ownership and governance

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of professional experience in SAP, ERP implementation, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience supporting at least one SAP implementation or major transformation project
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP processes related to sales orders and order-to-cash functionality
• Experience with data migration, validation, and master-data management
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional system requirements
