SAP IS-U Functional Consultant
Job Summary
To support utility clients in enhancing customer service, the full-time SAP IS-U Functional Consultant will design, develop, integrate, and maintain SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions, leveraging strong ABAP development skills and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and support technical solutions within SAP IS-U Customer Service, including ABAP reports and enhancements
- Develop and maintain integrations between SAP IS-U, SAP CRM, and third-party applications
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and production support activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 6-8 years of SAP technical consulting experience, with a focus on SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions
- Strong ABAP development experience, including reports, enhancements, and workflows
- Hands-on experience with APIs, web services, IDocs, and middleware technologies
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Utilities and modern SAP architecture
