SAP Payroll Consultant Lead
Job Summary
To support complex SAP HCM environments focusing on LATAM regions, the remote contract SAP Payroll Consultant Lead will manage functional design, system configuration, PCR/schema updates, and testing for SAP Time Management and S/4HANA CATS implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead system design, application build, and configuration for SAP Time-Management and Payroll solutions
- Modify and optimize PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and schemas for time evaluation and payroll processing
- Deliver support, break/fix solutions, and minor enhancements for LATAM regional payroll systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-8 years of direct experience with SAP Time-Management and SAP Payroll
- Hands-on expertise writing and tuning PCRs and schemas
- Proven track record of 5+ full-cycle implementations in SAP S/4HANA with CATS
- Specialized technical knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll localizations for Mexico, Costa Rica, and/or Peru
