SAP Security Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the global SAP role design strategy, the full-time remote SAP Security Compliance Specialist will manage access control architecture, SAP GRC solutions, and audit compliance governance while ensuring effective risk management and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain SAP role architecture and segregation of duties ruleset, ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance standards
• Oversee SAP GRC configuration and operations, including access risk analysis and user provisioning integration with identity management
• Serve as the primary interface for audit and compliance governance, ensuring SOX controls and evidence generation are effectively managed

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP security and GRC, with at least 5 years in a solution architect or global leadership role
• Deep expertise in SAP GRC Access Control, including ruleset design and workflow configuration
• Expert-level knowledge of S/4HANA authorization design and proven ownership of SoD ruleset design
• Strong experience with SOX ITGC and application controls in a publicly listed environment
• Demonstrated ability to design automated controls that continuously generate evidence
