SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting clients as the primary system administrator, the part-time contractor SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will manage Performance & Goals Management system administration, including configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting, while also assisting with Microsoft SharePoint configurations in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main system administrator for the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals platform, managing user accounts and permissions
- Design, configure, and maintain performance and goal plan templates, including assessment forms and competency libraries
- Build and monitor reports, troubleshoot system issues, and provide recommendations to optimize platform configurations
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as an Administrator or Consultant of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in HRIS, application support, or HR technology roles within medium-to-large organizations
- Experience with implementation and HR suite is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and web conferencing software
- Bachelor's degree is desired but not required
