SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing HR technology consulting practice, the full-time SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will configure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management solutions while collaborating with clients and team members in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in client workshops to gather and document business requirements
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) solutions
- Assist with system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)
- Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user support
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
