Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, the successful candidate will provide high-level support across multiple projects, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and SmartRecruiters, along with implementation experience in Employee Central (EC) or similar modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting projects involving requirements definition, business-process improvement, quality assurance, and end-user training
- Providing consulting services on HCM best practices and assisting clients in migrating to SAP HCM cloud solutions
- Designing, configuring, and delivering solutions that meet business requirements while documenting system configurations and processes
Required Qualifications
- Current SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management certification
- Hands-on implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions, including RCM, RMK, or SmartRecruiters
- At least three years of experience as a lead consultant on SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- Experience with SuccessFactors data models and working knowledge of XML
- Understanding of how technology applications support business processes to solve client business problems
