Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, the remote SuccessFactors Functional Lead will manage requirements workshops, configure award programs, and support testing and go-live activities as part of a consulting team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements workshops with client stakeholders and document functional requirements
- Configure award programs and workflows, ensuring alignment with the client's data model
- Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), resolving functional defects
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors functional experience, including 3 full-cycle R&R module implementations
- Experience with EC Mini-Master environments is required
- Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Reward & Recognition (R&R) module configuration
- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Compensation (or R&R equivalent) required
- Functional design specification (FDS) authorship and review experience
