SAP Technical Architect
Job Summary
Serving as a trusted technical advisor, the remote SAP Technical Architect will manage and optimize enterprise SAP cloud environments for large customers, ensuring successful operation and security while collaborating with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, overseeing SAP cloud environments and technical service delivery
- Coordinate service delivery activities with Client Delivery Managers and technical operations teams to manage customer expectations
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions and lead technical discussions with customers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related technical field
- 4+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience
- 4+ years of customer-facing SAP technical consulting experience
- 4+ years of experience in solution design, enterprise architecture, or SAP implementation
- 2+ years of technical project management experience supporting SAP operations or implementation initiatives
