Seeking a full-time SAP Utilities Consultant, the role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions remotely, enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience for utility clients.
Key responsibilities
- Design and support technical solutions within SAP IS-U Customer Service, including ABAP reports and integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support testing and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and support data migration efforts for implementations
Required qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in SAP IS-U Customer Service and hands-on ABAP development experience
- Proven ability to support integrations with SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA Utilities, and third-party applications
- Experience with APIs, web services, IDocs, and middleware-based integrations
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications and user experience enhancements
