SAT/ACT Tutor Trainer
Job Summary
To mentor and elevate new and existing educators in modern test preparation methodologies, the part-time contract SAT/ACT Tutor Trainer will design and deliver training programs, instruct on proprietary strategies, and provide coaching and feedback to tutors in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs and workshops for SAT and ACT tutors
- Instruct educators on proprietary test preparation strategies and evaluate their performance through mock sessions
- Collaborate with academic leads to refine instructional guides based on current exam trends
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5 or more years of professional experience as an SAT or ACT tutor with a proven track record of high student score improvements
- Experience delivering educator workshops or professional development
- Strong online presentation and virtual facilitation skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
