Savings Realization Manager

Job Summary

As the first Savings Realization Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the transition from insight to realized savings for assigned customers, working closely with employers and vendors to implement actionable recommendations and reporting on outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the process from recommendation to realized savings, prioritizing opportunities and tracking outcomes
• Act as a benefits consultant, advising on plan design changes and facilitating communication among stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to provide feedback for improvements to the recommendation engine and workflows

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in US employer-sponsored health benefits, including roles in benefits brokerage, carriers, or TPAs
• Hands-on knowledge of self-funded plan mechanics and claims management
• Proven ability to drive change through external parties without direct authority
• Comfort with data analysis and the ability to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Startup experience or a mindset geared towards building processes with minimal structure
