Job Summary
Marketing a full range of banking services to SBA loan eligible businesses, the full-time remote SBA Product Business Development Officer Senior will focus on client contact, origination, and analysis of loans typically ranging from $350K to $5MM.
Key responsibilities:
- Self-source SBA loan origination with an emphasis on client contact and analysis
- Review financial statements, structure loan proposals, and prepare credit packages
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as agency guidelines
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 4 years' SBA lending experience
- A minimum of 5 years of SBA/Business/Commercial lending experience
- Experience with SBA loan origination and familiarity with commercial loan underwriting systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in PC and internet usage
