SBA Business Development Officer
Job Summary
Supporting the bank's markets in Texas and Missouri, the full-time remote SBA Product Business Development Officer Senior will source SBA loan origination, conduct financial analysis, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Self-source SBA loan origination with a focus on client contact and analysis
- Review financial statements, structure loan proposals, and prepare credit packages
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as agency guidelines
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 4 years' SBA lending experience
- A minimum of 5 years of SBA/Business/Commercial lending experience
- Experience with SBA loan originating and familiarity with commercial loan underwriting systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in PC and internet usage
