SBA Business Development Officer
Job Summary
Supporting the bank's markets in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana, the full-time remote SBA Product Business Development Officer Sr will be responsible for sourcing SBA loan origination, client contact, and financial analysis for eligible businesses nationwide.
Key responsibilities:
- Self-source SBA loan origination with a focus on client contact and analysis for loans ranging from $350K to $5MM
- Review financial statements, structure loan proposals, and prepare credit packages while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall business development efforts
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 4 years' SBA lending experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SBA, business, or commercial lending
- Experience with SBA loan origination and familiarity with commercial loan underwriting systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
- Proficiency in PC and internet applications
