Job Summary

Managing commercial credit underwriting and portfolio management activities, the full-time salaried SBA Credit Product Officer will prepare credit analyses, assist with loan requests, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing credit assessments and manage financial documentation for corporate clients
• Underwrite credit requests and analyze borrower financial information to determine creditworthiness
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to structure credit requests and identify potential risks and opportunities

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant work experience preferred
• 3 to 5 years of commercial credit underwriting experience required
• 2 to 3 years of experience in SBA underwriting and eligibility determination required
• Accounting skills through formal education or prior work experience
