Job Summary
Managing the SBA loan administration process, the full-time SBA Loan Administrator will review loan applications, ensure compliance with SBA guidelines, and coordinate internal workflows to meet closing deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviews loan application files for completeness and adherence to SBA guidelines
- Manages the processing of necessary documentation such as credit reports and tax transcripts
- Prepares and submits SBA loan packages while ensuring compliance with regulatory changes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SBA loan administration and/or loan processing experience
- Demonstrated experience with SBA 7(a) and 504 loans
- Working knowledge of LaserPro Loan Documentation Software
- Experience in preparing and reviewing attorney-prepared loan documents
- Strong understanding of business entity structures and collateral perfection requirements
